Yes it is! With our platform, you can design, finance, and build your new custom home in 4 easy steps:

  1. Select your fully-customizable home plan from the 75 home plans we offer.
  2. Find your property using our national property (MLS) search app.
  3. Select your builder from our list of local Certified Builders.
  4. Get construction financing from one of our Preferred Lenders.

It doesn’t have to be. Our custom homes are priced by region, with prices starting at $234,000 (excluding land, utilities, etc.). We want to make custom homes affordable for everyone! Knowing the price ahead of time allows you to confidently build within your budget.

The right lender and loan program are essential to building your dream home. Our Preferred Lenders have experience (specialize) in custom home loans, saving you time and effort. They offer custom construction loans for $0 down for VA construction loans and 10% down for traditional construction loans. With loan amounts up to $3 million, there is a loan for every borrower.

Do it! When we say our homes are fully-customizable, we mean it. If it isn’t a load-bearing wall, you can move it. (At no extra charge.) And, of course, you get to choose your cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and even the number of outlets. Everything to make your home yours.

Because you are starting with a customizable home plan rather than starting from scratch, designing your custom home takes weeks rather than months. (And it is free to you.) Once permits have been issued, construction typically takes 3 – 12 months )depending on complexity and your builder).

Absolutely! We encourage home buyers to use their real estate agent to help them with the process. And best of all: It won’t cost you anything.
